ScubaGaskets Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Organiser
This giveaway is organised by ScubaGaskets, based in Cyprus.

2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older worldwide, except where prohibited by applicable law.

3. Competition Period
The competition opens on 29 October 2026 and closes on 17 November 2026 at 23:59 Cyprus time (Eastern European Time, UTC+2). Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
Read the ScubaGaskets article published in The Scuba News, complete the online entry form and select one answer to the competition question. Participation is free, with no purchase required. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prizes
Two winners will each receive one ScubaGaskets neck buff. One winner will receive the Underwater Cave design and the other the Technical Gaiter design. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection
Two winners will be randomly drawn from eligible entries with the correct answer after the competition closes.

7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email and must respond within 14 days. If a winner does not respond, another eligible winner may be selected.

8. Worldwide Shipping
ScubaGaskets will cover the shipping costs for both prizes worldwide, subject to applicable shipping restrictions. Any import duties or taxes will also be covered where legally and practically possible.

9. Personal Data
Personal information will be processed to administer the giveaway, select and contact winners, and deliver prizes. Marketing emails will only be sent to participants who have separately opted in. Further details are provided in the ScubaGaskets Privacy Policy.

10. Fair Participation
Fraudulent or duplicate entries may be disqualified. Any changes to the competition must comply with applicable law.

This giveaway is organised and administered by ScubaGaskets. The Scuba News is not responsible for selecting winners or fulfilling prizes unless otherwise agreed.
