Step 1: Place the mouthpiece in your mouth (“UP” side facing up) and trim off excess material until it feels comfortable.

Step 2:Insert mouthpiece in hot water at 90-100 degrees Celcius for 60 seconds.

Step 3: Cool the mouthpiece for 2-3 seconds and place it in your mouth. Bite it until molds to your mouth shape.

Step 4: Insert the mouthpiece in cold water until cools down completely. Remove the plastic black handle and side pins.

Step 5: Assembly the mouthpiece on the regulator!
