Heavy-Duty Scuba Tank Valve Removal Tool

The Heavy-Duty Scuba Tank Valve Removal Tool is designed for scuba equipment technicians and service workshops performing scuba cylinder valve maintenance.

This nickel-plated tool assists with removing compatible scuba tank valves by providing a secure point for applying removal force. Correct installation is essential to help protect the internal valve threads during use.

  • Heavy-duty tool for scuba tank valve removal
  • Nickel-plated finish
  • Suitable for professional scuba servicing workshops
  • Net weight: 543 g
  • Product code: TVTR-15

Important Instructions for Use

Correct installation is essential to prevent damage to the valve threads.

  1. Ensure the scuba cylinder is completely depressurized before beginning any valve removal procedure.
  2. Screw the tool fully into the compatible tank valve opening.
  3. Continue until the contact surface of the tool rests firmly against the surface of the tank valve.
  4. Only then apply the necessary removal force, following the applicable manufacturer’s servicing procedures.

When correctly seated, the removal force is transferred through the contacting surfaces rather than being concentrated on the internal valve threads. This helps reduce the risk of thread damage.

Important: Never apply removal force when the tool is only partially screwed into the valve. Confirm compatibility before use. This tool is intended for trained personnel following appropriate cylinder and valve servicing procedures.
